Hangloose ADVENTURE

BUY TICKETS

AN ADRENALINE JUNKIES DREAM

Take in spectacular views of the Cornish coast and countryside before soaring 660m, head first, above the world famous Eden Biomes.

Heighten your senses on Gravity: The Giant Swing as you’re suspended more than 19 meters in the air above the cliff edge. Enjoy the view if you can, because before you know it you’ll be leaving your stomach behind in a breath-taking 50mph free fall back towards the Earth.

After all of that, you'll be keen to get all over the latest experience to land at Hangloose. 'The Drop' is a purpose built 10 meter tower featuring a Big Air Bag Jump and a 20 meter Quick Jump

So what are you waiting for? Come and hangout at Hangloose!
Unfortunately The Drop was closed for essential maintenance during our visit.

GRAVITY

THE DROP

Big air was a tower you could jump of at three different levels. The highest drop was 12 metres.

To start with you did a practice jump from the lowest platform and when confident you could jump from a higher platform. You jump onto an inflatable air back. It looks easier than it really is. Personally I found this my least favourite attraction of the three we did but that is only my personal opinion as others I spoke to on the day seemed to really enjoy it. Rating 6 out of 10.

Gravity is a swing. However it is not like any normal swing you would see at your local park. Gravity involves Plummeting at 50mph from 65ft over a cliff edge,

Once you are attached to a safety bar with a harness you sit on a seat and you are slowly winched up 65ft. You start to feel a bit vulnerable and tense at that height. However before you know it the swing is released and you plummet back to earth initially at about 50mph. It is a great feeling of adrenaline when you drop. Personally having done swings at other locations i didn't feel this swing was quite as intense as others that I had done but I still enjoyed it. If you like an adrenaline buzz I recommend it.

Rating 7 out of 10
A once in a lifetime experience

BIG AIR

Sky Wire involves soaring above the Biomes on England's longest and fastest zip wire, covering 660 metres and speeds of up to 60mph.

I have been on other zip wires at Go Ape and Adrenaline Quarry and this one was definitely the best one i have ever done. After signing in you get kitted out in overalls and helmet and goggles and then you are taken to the launch tower by mini bus. Then you are given a briefing and you are attached to the zip line and ready to go. On the zip wire you fly straight over Eden Project and before long you are back on the ground.

I really enjoyed this and give it a rating of 9 out of 10.
